100% Satisfaction
If upon receipt of your order you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you can return it for a refund or exchange.  No hassles.  We would like to know what the problem is so we can better serve our customers but this is not compulsory detail.  We must receive the item within 30days of sales receipt date and goods must be in as new condition. 

Note:  The postal box in which you received your order is the safest vessel (or equivalent) in which to return it.  Damage caused by the post to inappropriately packed goods will possibly void your refund – so please take care and thought in how you return goods.

Warranty
We guarantee our product against faulty workmanship and materials. In such an event return the item to The Courthouse Collection for repair or replacement.  Our product is small and light and easy to post.  You must however pack the product so that no further damage occurs.  Necklaces must not be rolled into tight balls and earrings must not be on their display card unless they are in a transit/postal box.  Earrings on a display card in an envelope is a guarantee that transit damage will occur.  If you have any questions please send us an email or give us a call.  We are keen to see that your jewellery is in working order.

Privacy
At no time for any reason will The Courthouse Collection divulge or sell your particulars to anyone or organisation.  The Courthouse Collection may from time to time post you promotional information.
